Real Estate Development & Construction Jobs
Civil Engineer
Supervise daily construction activities at project sites. Review drawings, specifications, and construction plans. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site supervisors. Ensure construction work meets quality and safety standards. Monitor project progress and report updates to the management team. Support material planning, site inspections, and technical problem-solving.
Project Manager
Plan and manage project execution from start to completion. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal departments. Monitor project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables. Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and smooth site operations. Identify project risks and resolve issues in a timely manner. Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.
Sales Executive
Handle incoming leads, calls, messages, and client inquiries. Present real estate projects, features, pricing, and payment plans. Arrange and conduct client meetings and site visits. Follow up with potential buyers and maintain strong client relationships. Support sales targets through professional customer dealing. Maintain records of leads, bookings, and sales activities.
Business Development Manager
Identify new business opportunities in the real estate and construction market. Develop relationships with investors, partners, consultants, and corporate clients. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Support sales strategy, lead generation, and project growth plans. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership plans. Work with internal teams to achieve business development goals.
Architect / Design Coordinator
Develop, review, and coordinate architectural drawings and layouts. Work with engineers, consultants, and project teams on design requirements. Ensure project designs are practical, functional, and visually appealing. Support design approvals, revisions, and documentation. Coordinate interior, exterior, and planning-related design elements. Assist in preparing presentations, concepts, and project visuals.
Marketing & Digital Marketing Executive
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for real estate projects. Manage social media content, posts, ads, and engagement. Coordinate with designers, content writers, and sales teams. Run and monitor digital campaigns for lead generation. Create promotional content for project launches, offers, and updates. Track campaign performance and suggest improvements for better results.
